Items are usually shipped within 3 working days of your order being received. Our shipping rates and options are shown during the checkout process.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For shipped orders, all sales are final. 

 

BREAKAGES

We take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur. If your item arrives broken please photograph the item and email us at info@pipcoffeeclay.com within two days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.
